It’s a great hitch, I found the video instructions were much better than the ones provided on paper with the hitch
My only complaint was that the fish wires that were supposed to be provided with the hitch were not !!!
The paper instruction said they were supposed to be included !
This would have made the installation that much easier

Quality-made and nicely finished receiver fit perfect on my new Mazda CX-90. DIY installation took 2.5 hours using the provided paper instructions. All hardware was included, but the fishing wire shown in the instructions was not included. Difficulty level is rated "Easy", but needing a bur grinder with a carbide bit raises the bar to at least "Moderate" for expectations. At 136 lb ft. torque specs, it felt like we were going to break the bolt (didn't know if bolt was hardened), so we settled on 110 lb. ft. for the lighter bike rack intended application.

Installation kit was missing the fishing wires, which made it a lot more difficult to install. The hitch itself is great, it's the forth one I've bought on this website.

I am glad you were able to get everything up and installed. I do want to point out that it is important to make sure you torque everything exactly how the manufacturer describes. Otherwise it can cause the hitch integrity to be compromised.
