What's going on guys Adam, here with the etrailer. If you guys own a trailer, Whether it's something like this or just a construction trailer that you have a lot of your employees use, it's always smart to have the documents readily available. One, just to stay legal, and two, so you don't really have to do anything, if someone's picking up the trailer early in the day or late at night, you don't have to be there to give them the documents. So we're going to be taking a look at the Peterson Certificate Holder, and that's going to help with that. We're going to have an aluminum frame, so it's not going to rust away over time. And this is going to be about 7 1/4 inches long by 4 7/8 inches wide.
We are going to have a vinyl little pouch in here, and that's going to be dustproof and waterproof. So you don't have to worry about your documents getting all wet and dirty whenever they're in there. One thing that I've noticed over time, if this is sitting out in the elements, especially the sun, eventually it'll crack. But if it does, we do have a replacement for you. This is going to be about 7 inches long by 4 5/8 inches tall.
Whenever you're doing commercial work, it's always smart to have all the documents on hand to stay legal. That can potentially take some time away from the day. If you have to sift through a bunch of stuff in your glove box. I know a lot of that stuff in my glove box gets hidden, and whenever I really need it, I can't find it. With this, it gives a nice little place that's safe, so you are ready to go whenever anybody asks to see your documents.
Especially if you own multiple different trailers, it's always really hard to sort through all of them to figure out which one goes with what. With this, it's going to stay with the trailer. So you don't have to sift through all that stuff. And that's going to save you a lot of time and headache. One thing that we haven't shown yet, is how to install it.
So if you stick around, we're going to show you how we did it. To get this installed you're going to need to provide your own hardware. So what I'm doing is, I'm going to use some self-tappers, just like this, to get it secured down. So what we want to do, is we want to stack them on top of each other, both the little sealed section and the bracket are going to have holes that are going to line up just like that. So we want to line those up and then, we go ahead and grab our drill. Self-tappers is going to be the way to do this. We want to make sure that the seal is going to be down at the bottom just in case rain gets in it, it's going to drain out. So I'm going to go ahead and just loosely install our first one. Now with that loosely installed, you can go ahead and put in your documents. So this is going to be one, unlike the one you see above me, the one you see above me is going to be easy to get your documents in and out. And that's going to be when you need to actually get them out to show whoever needs to see them. So what this one's going to be for, is for facing your information and stuff out to begin with, just so it's not going to have to be removed, to be able to show the information you need to show. So just take that into consideration. If you're one that needs to get your documents in and out quite often, then definitely go with one like this up top. This is going to be one where they ask for your information, you tell them to go to the back, check it out, take a look-see. And this right here is your normal standard letter paper that you print on your printer, folded up about two times. And it fits in there and seals in there quite nicely, kind of flatten it out. Now that's done, go ahead and line up the second hole and finish installing. There you go. That's pretty much it for our look at the Peterson Certificate Holder..
