These custom clips and pads let you mount Thule Evo Flush Rail or Edge Flush Rail feet on your vehicle with flush, factory side rails. Clips attach to a mounting bolt in the foot assembly and tighten together. Includes 4 clips and 4 pads.

Secure, Clamp-On Installation
To complete installation, place the fully assembled rack on your flush rails and tighten the rack in place with the torque tool included with the feet. The inner and outer clips in each foot tighten with a single mounting bolt to ensure an even, secure grip on your rails. An audible click from the torque tool indicates the rack is secured properly.
Protection for Your Rails
The rubber-coated steel clips and molded rubber pads protect your side rails from scratches and abrasions. The pads easily slide onto the bottoms of each foot, and they're designed to fit the shape and contour of your vehicle's flush rails.

Easy install, very sturdy, and attractive design. Slight wind noise but that was expected compared to not having a roof rack.
Originally ordered a Yakima system, but availability everywhere was virtually nil. Switched to Thule and ran into some of the same shortages with the supply chain, likely due to Covid. Took about a week to receive and it was the perfect part for my BMW X3.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Carol C for driving amazing customer service! I ordered a Thule rack system, and the Thule cross bars arrived with the packaging torn partially open, causing some of the cross bar end caps to be lost in transit. Worth noting, the cross bars were in Thule's original packaging, so this was in no way the fault of etrailer. Despite this being a Thule issue, Carol C sent me a new pack of end caps, which I really appreciate...Thanks!

Phone service to help confirm availability of my product and their general knowledge of their products was impressive. Product arrived on time and in good shape. Their order tracking system is also very good. I’m very pleased with the Thule Wingbar Evo 135 racks For my BMW X5 with flush roof rails. They are super sturdy, solidly mounted and look good on the vehicle. Mine will be mainly used for surfboards and SUP’s. The assembly and installation was a breeze. The included written instructions would have been sufficient for a seamless installation but I also watched one of many YouTube videos that demonstrated very clearly every step of assembly and installation for this specific set of racks.

Thule products are not the cheapest but they are just so well engineered it brings a smile to your face every time you assemble them. I have 7 year old aero blade bars and bought these foot packs (and fit kit) for a new car. Taking off the old feet off the bars was flawless - every part, whether plastic, rubber or metal is still perfect after 7 years of use and shed storage.
Etrailer were fabulous as usual - initial phone consultation to confirm feet will fit the old bars and then quick online ordering etc.

These were all great products, although they're really expensive. It took a while to figure out which sets of things I needed to make the whole thing work.

The Thule roof rack with the evo wingbar is a great product and was easy to install. I had one issue with the rubber strip on the wingbar and the people at etrailer took care of it super quick. What a great experience! I spoke or corresponded several times with representatives about technical or ordering issues, and they were uniformly very helpful and courteous. They matched a small difference in price from another vendor and were really helpful in making the decision about what to buy. The Thule items are really high quality and, in spite of instructions that would make Ikea embarrassed, weren't difficult to assemble and install. (I recommend checking for relevant videos online.) I give etrailer.com and the parts an unqualified 5-star rating. One of my best online experiences ever.
