Today we'll be taking a look at the Swagman Spire fork adapter. Part number s64706. The Swagman Spire allows you to adapt any bike with 15 or 20 millimeter through axle to most of your fork mount bike racks. This adapter fits 9 millimeter quick release skewers. The spire is constructed of a sturdy rust resistant light-weight aluminum. This has a weight capacity of 45 pounds.
The overall height of our Swagman Spire is 4 and a half inches and it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Now that we've gone over some features we're going to show you how to get this installed. Now, your kit does come with adapters for the 20 millimeter bikes as well. To start our install we'll take our spire, place it so that the holes line up, then we'll insrmbert our skewer and in this case, we'll thread it down. Now that we have our adapter tightened down, we can put our bike on our vehicle. Now it may be a good idea to get an extra set of hands to help you load up your bike. Now we'll close down our skewer, ratchet down any other straps or anything else that's holding our bike into place and we're ready to hit the road.

Thru fork adaptor works great! Highly recommend. I am using an older Yakima roof cross bar in the back of my Honda Odyssey. Thank you for an affordable, functional and great product.

This product seems to fit the bill. I bought the Swagman adapter to allow my through-axle bike to attach to the Swagman truck bed bike rack. The measurement for the adapter was a bit off, but with the tweaking of the arms that connect to bike rack the product is now fully functional.
