Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look at this PullRite replacement coupler head with pin box adapter. Now this coupler head is going to fit your PullRite OEX fifth wheel hitch bases and this does feature a unique two piece design that's going to allow for fast, easy coupling. This coupler is going to bolt around your trailer's kingpin to create a new connection point. So let me go ahead and just give you an overview of this here. So again, this is going to fit over your kingpin and it's gonna be a very simple install.
And then this funnel is going to install in the base with the included hitch plates here. And then this is going to make it very easy for this ball to be guided into this coupler. And it's gonna also make it very easy to see from your cab during hookup. And then this does include this remote latch handle. It's designed to reach the latch from a lowered tailgate so you don't have to crawl into the bed of your truck.
So that is included with this. Now this can provide up to seven and a half inches of extra cab clearance and the height is adjustable to fit your application as well. So you have three height adjustment settings there. This is made here in the USA and it has been SAEJ2638 tested to a gross towing capacity of 25,000 pounds and a vertical load limit of 6,250 pounds. This is directly from PullRite so what that means for you is you can proceed with confidence knowing that this is going to fit and work with your PullRite fifth wheel hitch base.
