Jeff Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Firestone composite quarter inch NPT male elbow connector for a quarter inch airline tubing. Now this male elbow connector has one threaded male quarter inch NPT fitting on one end and on the other end is a push-to-connect fitting for a quarter inch airline tubing. Now this connector provides the option for connecting to an air tank or other component with a quarter inch NPT valve where your space is constrained. The threaded male quarter inch NPT fitting it's a metal construction you can see, and they do put thread sealant around the threads there.
And the push to connect fitting is a composite IE black plastic construction, which allows for easy installation of your Firestone quarter inch tubing. All you have to do is cut your tubing and insert the tubing right into there and it will connect and stay installed. This is for a quantity of one connector. But that should do it for the review on this Firestone composite quarter inch NPT male elbow connector for quarter inch airline tubing.

I must not have read the order carefully.
Received a 1/2 inch threaded end with a 1/4 inch hose connection.
Needed a 3/8 inch threaded end with a 1/4 inch hose connection.
Bought a reducer, however it is hard to tighten down and leaks lots.
love my air suspension system, and can't wait to have it working well again.

Great product performs as stated. Fixed my problem with a leaking air hose fitting. The customer service is awesome. They contacted me immediately concerning a back ordered part and I was able to switch to a different part so that I could continue with my repairs.

This was my second time to use etrailer and was pleasantly surprised by how fast I got what I needed. Unfortunately one of my items was not in stock after I placed an online order. When I called to cancel that part before I got off the phone, I had an email confirming the cancellation and a new order with all of the in stock parts. Shipped the next day and I had it a day later. You can't beat service like that and I wont try. They are great at communication and do what the say they are going to do.

I ordered two Elbow connectors. Because one of the original connectors was leaking. The area to work with a wrench was limited and I broke the locking connector using an open end wrench. I then used the second connector using a bent open end 1/2" wrench. I had to use the original connector on the second air pod and so far no leaks. I couldn't see to take pictures, but did use a mirror to check for leaks.

The elbow on my airlift airbag failed. Bought this as a replacement. Has worked great.

Same elbows as are in the kit. They were delivered fast by etrailer.com. I only wish there was a wrench available to replace these on the bags without haveing to completely remove them.
