As you see, it closes off the opening in our lower grill giving our truck a much more finished and clean look. Now, here's what it looks like once we have it installed, as you can see it's got a nice mirror finish. Now, it's made out of a heavy gauge stainless steel that's going to prevent rust and corrosion. It's going to provide you a nice OEM look, and with this grille in place, it's going to help keep large pieces of debris from flying into your coolers or your radiator of your vehicle, which can save you lots of money down the road if something was to come in contact with your cooler or your radiator. Now let's go ahead and show you how to install it. Now, to begin with, we're going to have to remove this plastic fascia on top here, there's 12 pushpins that hold it in. Today on our 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 we're going to show you how to install the Putco bar style bumper insert. This is stainless steel with a black powder coat finish. Part number is P87195. Now, to being our instillation we're going to remove the fasteners that are holding this top panel in place, there's a total of 12. Let's start from this corner and we'll show you, we've got 1, 36, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 here, and there's a 12th tucked right underneath that little edge. Now, to remove these we want to pull the center section out and then the outside should come with it. All right. more

Today on our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're going to review and install the Putco bumper insert, part number P87195. Now here's what the Putco insert's going to look like once it's installed. The insert itself is steel and has a really nice painted finished to resist rust and corrosion. Not only does it dress up the front of our truck and really make it look good, but it provides additional protection from things such as road debris, rocks and such from getting through the opening here in the bumper to our cooler. Now let's go ahead and show you just how easy it is to install. To begin our install, we're going to go ahead and open up the hood. We need to remove the fasteners here for the front cover. more

Hey guys, its Matt Payne with Putco. I wanted to talk to you a little bit about the history of our company. What we are known for and where we are headed. It was the first company in the industry to have pattens on the original running board. The name of the company stands for Pickup Trailer Company. It was founded by a blacksmith who was making trailers and selling those. He bought a truck and his wife could not get into it, fabed up a running board and then got patents filed on it. For the last ten years outside of our stainless steel truck accessory core we have gotten into grill s that are clamp on style grills. Spiderweb Grille Installation - 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe- Video

Today on this 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe we are going to install part number P303158 from Putco. This is their Putco liquid billet grille. In this particular unit we are going to install their spiderweb version. What this product does is it actually mounts on the top of the existing grille you have so you do not have to remove any parts at all. It is pretty easy to install you just have to loosen the grille up to get some working room but that is about it. The first thing we need to do is open the hood. The grille that is going to fit on top of this grille, the mounting point is right about this area so to get to that we are going to have to reach in from the top and over. It is really kind of hard to do with the space we have so that is why we are going to loosen up the grille. To do that we have got a series of bolts on the top to undo. It is really easy stuff. Basically we just need about one inch of room and we are good to go. 00:52 more
