Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a look at the AceCamp Trekking Pole. This is going to be a carbon fiber trekking pole that allows you to have a nice, easy way to get up some higher inclines or just have a nice steadying pole as you go on longer hiking trips. The nice thing about this is that it does telescope down and out, so you can make it pretty compact whenever you're not using it and then extend it out when you want to. So I'm going to show you how to do that. We'll just have these two little clips here and there are markings on the pole to correspond with how tall you're going to make it. It's going to be the same numbers for both sections. more

This does collapse down into a more manageable size, so you can easily stash this in a backpack or in your car to have with you wherever you want it. I'm going to show you how to set this up and get it ready to go. It does come with this nice little satchel that you can stash it away in, and then have a little protector at the end to keep everything bound in together. To expand this out, you just need to undo the little hook and loop strap that keeps it all tightened together. more
