Best 2017 Volvo XC60 Hitch Options- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Volvo XC60, we'll be having a look at our best trailer hitch options. On the top, we have a Draw-Tite class three, part number 75671, in the middle a CURT class three, part number 13268, and on the bottom another Draw-Tite class three, part number 76116. One of the biggest differences that we found between our three hitches here today is in regards to clearance. When you're using a bike rack or a cargo carrier on your vehicle, you want them to have as much clearance as possible in order to make most options work in order to have clearance around your fascia. The more clearance you have, the less interference you're going to run into.Now, what we're looking at is the difference between our hitch pinhole and the rear most part of our back bumper. On this particular Draw-Tite hitch, the hitch pinhole is the closest to our back of the bumper. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Volvo XC60 - Curt- Video
Speaker 1: Today on this 2017 Volvo XC60 we will be having a look at and showing you how to install the Curt class three trailer hitch receiver, part number 13268. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you'll notice our hitch is tucked up nicely behind our fascia.On the side of our hitch you'll find our industry standard five-eighth of an inch diameter hitch pin hole to secure any of our hitch mounted accessories. You can pick up a pin and clip on our website with part number PC3. On the back we have this collar here which gives us a nice, finished look and helps reinforce the opening of the receiver. Welded onto the bottom are our rolled steel safety chain loops to secure any of our safety chains from our trailers when we're towing.This hitch features a 400 pound max tongue weight rating which is the amount forcing down and a 4,000 pound max gross trailer weight rating which is the amount it can pull. more

Here's what our hitch looks like installed. One thing you'll notice about this hitch is that most of it is hidden behind our fascia, giving us a nice clean look. On the side of our hitch you'll find two pin holes. The larger one is our industry standard 5/8" diameter hitch pin hole to secure hitch-mounted accessories. You can use a pin and clip with that, and you can pick one of those up on our website as part number: PC3. more
