Best 2009 Volkswagen Jetta Hitch Options- Video
Today on our 2009 Volkswagen Jetta we'll be looking at our best hitch options. On the top we have a CURT class one, part number C11072. On the bottom we have a Draw-Tite class one, part number 24866. Now the main difference between our two hitches here today is the construction. Our CURT hitch has a round tubular construction, which is more aesthetically pleasing in my mind, whereas our Draw-Tite is a rectangular construction. Then there's our safety chain attachment points. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2009 Volkswagen Jetta - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on are 2009 also Volkswagen Jetta, we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Hitch, Part Number 24866. This is what our hitch will look like once installed. Next, I'm going to give you a couple of measurements to assist your selecting accessories for your hitch. In the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is 4 inches. In the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is 10 inches. This will assist your selecting accessories such as a ball mount, bike rack or cargo carrier. more
