Today on our 2012 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be installing etrailer.com's class three, two inch trailer hitch receiver. Part number, E98858. And this is what our hitch is going to look like when it's installed. You are going to be able to see the cross tube sticking out below the bumper and the receiver tube sticking out the back. It's a class three, two inch by two inch hitch receiver, so it's going to be great for all your towing needs. From bike racks to cargo carriers, to trailers.It uses a five eighth inch hitch pin and clip. more

Best 2012 Toyota Highlander Hitch Options

Today on our 2012 Toyota Highlander we'll be looking at the most popular hitch options available, starting with the CURT class three here on the top, part number 13534. Then we have a Draw-Tite class three here in the middle, part number 75726. Then we have another Draw-Tite class three here on the bottom, part number 75586. You can see all of our hitches have a very similar design. The CURT and the Draw-Tite here in the middle, they both slide over our muffler on the passenger side of the vehicle, whereas the Draw-Tite here on the bottom goes underneath it. The Draw-Tite on the bottom will be the easiest to install because you don't have to wiggle it in position over the muffler and tailpipe. Now they all have generally the same points of attachment. more
