Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at our best hitch options for our 2019 Subaru Forester.Up top here, we have the CURT Class three, two inch hitch. Here in the center, we have the Draw-Tite Class three, two inch, and down here, we have the CURT class two, inch and a quarter. Now, we're primarily going to be comparing our Class three hitches. However, I did want to bring the CURT out and talk a little bit about it, because this could potentially be the right choice for you.The biggest difference I noticed between the two hitches is in the appearance. The CURT is going to have a little more of a gloss or shiny finish, while the Draw-Tite is going to have a little more of a flat or matte finish. more

Curt Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Subaru Forester C12198- Video

Today on our 2019 Subaru Forester, we'll be taking a look at and showing you how to install the CURT inch and a quarter trailer hitch receiver.Right off the bat, in comparison to some of the other hitches available, this one is going to be a little more hidden because of its low profile design. That's because the hitch is a class two, so it's going to have that inch and a quarter, by inch and a quarter receiver tube, it would be a little bit smaller than those two inch hitches. So it's going to work perfect for those hitch-mounted accessories, especially those bike racks. I really like the look of the reinforced collar and it's also going to provide us with a little more strength. It is going to have a half inch size pin hole. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2019 Subaru Forester- Video

Today on our 2019 Subaru Forester, we're taking a look at, I'm gonna show you how to `install the Draw Tite class three Max frame trailer hitch receiver. This is what our hitch is gonna look like when it's installed. You can see the cross tube is visible, but it's nice and close to the bottom of our fascia, and it's going to have a round tube design fits nicely with the contour of the vehicle.It's going to be a class three hitch, so it's going to work great for any of your class three accessories. Two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, nice reinforced collar gave us a little extra stability there. Hitch pin hole is going to be five eighths inch in diameter. It takes a standard five eighths hitch pin. more
