Trailer Hitch Installation - 2004 Subaru Forester- Video

Today we're going to do an install on an '04 Subaru Forester. And we're going to use part #36311. We've got a class II receiver hitch being mounted on. And there's a few parts that have to come off and we'll show those to you. A few of the parts that have to come out to make way for the hitch on the passengers side are the tie down bracket here and the canister here. With the canister, these bolts and this bolt and one in the back will have to come out to lower this. So we can get to that bolt, so we can take it out. This will all go back up when we're done. Next we'll do this center support. The bracket won't go back up there, but we will reinstall the screw for safe keeping if the hitch ever comes off more
