From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be 12 inches and from the center of the hitch pinhole to the edge of the bumper will be 4 inches. Today on this 2008 Pontiac Vibe we're going to install part number 24812 from Draw-Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when it is installed on the vehicle. Next well give you measurements to help you out in selecting some accessories such as the bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground is going to be 11 5/8 inches and from the center of the hitch pinhole to the outside edge of the bumper is going to be 2 inches. Now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is are installed. When you install the hitch its going to use these locations of the frame here. more
