Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2016 Lexus NX 200, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt class three trailer hitch receiver. Personally, if I had a Lexus NX 200 and was looking for a trailer hitch, probably my biggest thought would be how it's going to look on the back of my SUV. And to be honest with you, this one don't look too bad, even though it is completely visible. For the most part, you can really see the cross tubes kind of along the sides, but they do kind of run back and blend in a little bit, but it's not going to take away from the looks of Lexus all that much. And honestly, I think it being visible does have a positive trade off and that's how easy it's going to be to use the receiver tube is going to come out a little ways and be in the open.So whenever you do want to take off or put on your accessories, it's going to be really easy to get to. more

So if I had a Lexus, I think one of the more important things to me would be how the hitch is going to look on the back of my SUV. And to be honest with you, I think this one is probably the best looking hitch that's available. And that's really due to the smaller socks. Even though you can't see most of the hitch, since it is a little bit smaller, it's going to blend in a little bit better. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Lexus NX 200t- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Lexus NX 200t, we're going to be taking a look at, and I'm going to show you how to install, the Draw-Tite Class III Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 75956.This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. This is going to be a class III hitch. As you can see, the receiver tube is noticeable, but it's nice and tucked in underneath the vehicle, and it's not going to be as noticeable as some of the other ones that kind of stick out a little bit farther. Keep in mind, if it does happen to be noticed, it is a round tube design so it's going to fit nicely with the contour of the vehicle.Again, this is going to be a class III hitch. It's going to be a 2 inch by 2 inch. It's going to have a nice reinforced collar with a rounded edge, give you a little extra stability on the receiver tube. more

Best 2016 Lexus NX 200t Hitch Options- Video
Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2016 Lexus NX. Up top here we're going to have our Draw-Tite. That's going to be a Class 3. In the middle we're going to have our CURT Class 3. Then finally on the bottom we're going to have our CURT Class 2. Now since our NX Lexus has two different models, they have a 200 turbo and a 300 hybrid, do want to go over which one of these is going to fit each one. more
