Best 2018 Kia Sportage Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out our best trailer hitch options for the 2018 Kia Sportage. We're gonna have three different trailer hitches that we're looking at today and right here we have the etrailer.com hitch. This one is made by CURT and this one is made by Draw-Tite. And if you we inchesre to ask me what one I would use for my own vehicle, it would really just depend on what I planned on doing. So if I needed a good general purpose all around hitch that you can do some towing with, use accessories with and look pretty good, I would probably go with the etrailer hitch or even the CURT. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Kia Sportage - Curt- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 KIA Sportage, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class 3 Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C13281. Here's what our hitch is going to look like once we have it installed. The crosstube is going to sit behind the bumper, so all we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out and giving it that nice, clean, finished look to it. It is a Class 3 hitch, which means it's going to give us that 2" by 2" receiver tube opening. It's going to have a lot of different accessories on the market that we're going to be able to use.Now there's a reinforced collar giving it added strength and just an overall nice look to it. The way we're going to mount any of those accessories, it's going to be in the side here. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Kia Sportage - Curt c12158- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Kia Sportage we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class II, Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C12158. Here's what our hitch looks like once we have it installed. It's going to tuck up nicely behind the bumper and really all we're going to see is that receiver tube sticking out below. Now it is a Class II hitch so it's going to be great for bike racks and cargo carriers, or even small trailers, and it's going to give us that 1-1/4" by 1-1/4" receiver tube. As you can see it has a nice reinforced collar not only giving it added strength, but just an overall finished look to it.Now the way we're going to mount all of our accessories is going to be through this hitch pin hole here. It's going to accept a standard 1/2" pin and clip, or a locking device if you choose to use one, but it does come with that pin and clip, which is always an added bonus. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2018 Kia Sportage - Draw-Tite- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Kia Sportage, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Class III Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 76074. So, here's what our hitch is going to look like once we have it installed. The cross tube's going to hide behind the buffer nicely and all we're going to see is the receiver tube sticking out. Now, it is a Class II hitch, which means it's going to give us that 2" by 2" receiver tube opening. And as you can see, it has a nice reinforced collar, just adding to that finished look.Now, the way we're mount any of our accessories is going to be with this hole towards the front, going to accept a standard 5/8" pin and clip. They're not included, but you can pick one up on our website, using part number PC3. more
