Here in the middle we're going to have our Draw-Tite, part number 75712. Here on the bottom we're going to have the CURT, part number C13081.These three hitches we have here are going to be very, very similar. Speaker 1: Today, on our 2016 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be taking a look at, I'm going to show you how to install the eTrailer.com hitch receiver, part number E98836.This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You can see the inaudible 00:00:13 is completely hidden behind the bumper fascia. The only thing we can really see is our receiver tube. With that being said, our receiver tube sits nice and tucked in behind the outer edge of our fascia, so we're not going to have to worry about hitting our legs or our shins on it when we're loading or unloading the back of the vehicle.This is going to be a Class III hitch. It's going to be a two-inch by two-inch. It's going to have a reinforced collar, give it a little extra stability on the receiver tube. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Jeep Patriot - Curt- Video

Speaker 1: Today on this 2016 Jeep Patriot we'll be having a look at and showing you how to install the Curt class two trailer hitch receiver, part number C12057.Here's what our hitch looks like installed. Now what's great about this hitch is that it's completely hidden behind our rear fascia. The only part you'll see sticking out is the class two inch and a quarter receiver itself. Now because this is a class two hitch even though it is an inch and quarter hitch we do have the ability to use cargo carriers with it. A class one inch and a quarter hitch you wouldn't have the ability to use many cargo carries with it because they aren't rated for the weight.On the side of our hitch you'll find our industry standard half inch diameter hitch pin hole to secure any of our hitch mounted accessories. The pin and clip is included with this hitch. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Jeep Patriot - Draw-Tite- Video

Today on our 2016 Jeep Patriot we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 75712. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you can see, the main body of the hitch is completely hidden by our rear fascia here. You'll want to note 00:00:17 we have sticking down is our class III 2 by 2 inch receiver here and our safety chain loops on the bottom of your receiver. These safety chain loops are easy to use, fairly large opening, and we won't have any issue being able to clip a safety chain in around any angle on it if we need to. Some safety chain loops, you're limited and you're only able 00:00:39 to clip on the front. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2016 Jeep Patriot - Draw-Tite- Video

Today on our 2016 Jeep Patriot we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Class 2 Trailer Hitch Receiver. Part number 36423. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you can see, it's nice and tucked up underneath our vehicle. Only part hanging out is our class 2 inch and a quarter receiver. Our safety chain loops here on the bottom, which are a tubular design welded to the bottom of the receiver. Really easy to use from any angle, so you don't have to worry about a chain only being able to clip on the front. more

Today on our 2016 Jeep Patriot, we're going to take a look at and also show you how to install the Curt custom-fit class III trailer hitch receiver. This offers a 2"x2" opening. It's part number is C13081. Here's what our hitch is going to look like installed on the vehicle. As you can see, it's a nice, clean look. The majority of the crosstube is going to be behind the rear fascia. You're just going to have the receiver tube opening that comes out here. more
