Speaker 1: Today on our 2010 Jeep Patriot we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Max Frame Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver, Part #75712. Now that our hitch is installed, you can see that our cross tube is tucked in back behind our bumper. There's no cutting or drilling required. 2" x 2" Class 3 receiver. It's gonna have a 5/8" hitch pin hole and then this smaller hole here is gonna be for a J-pin stabilization device only. As you can see, it has loop style safety chain rings so you have quite a bit of room to hook your safety chains on, on the front or the back. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2010 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be taking a look at, and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite Class II trailer hitch receiver, part number 36423. Now that we have our hitch installed, as you can see, the cross tube is hidden behind the bumper. The only thing you can see is your receiver tube. It's going to be 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch receiver tube hole, and a 1/2 inch size hitch pin hole. Nice loop style design for your safety chains. It's going to give you plenty of room to hook on the front, or the back. more

Today on our 2010 Jeep Patriot, we're going to be installing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver. This is a class III, so it's a 2 inch x 2 inch receiver hitch tube, the part number is 13548. First step in our installation is going to be to take a some form of support. We like to use a cam buckle strap here. We're going to bring this right up underneath the exhaust pipe. I've gone from the control arm here to right up underneath the exhaust pipe and tighten that down. We'll then take our exhaust hanger tool. more
