Best 2017 Hyundai Tucson Trailer Hitch- Video
Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the best hitch options for our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Our best options here are gonna be the Class III receivers from Curt and Draw-Tite. While in many ways they're similar, there are a few differences.The major differences between these two are gonna be where the safety chains are mounted. On our Curt here, they're gonna be horizontally mounted, and they're gonna have larger openings. The larger openings make it easy to still put a chain in even though it is tucked up closer to your bumper. In my opinion, it also looks a little bit nicer than the vertical style on our Draw-Tite.Now, the vertical side does place it lower, so it is easy to get them on there because it's away from your bumper, but that's also gonna reduce your ground clearance. more

Today on our 2017 Hyundai Tucson, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt Class II Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number C12241. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. As you can see, the crosstube is completely hidden behind the bumper. All you can see is the receiver tube. This is going to be a Class II. It's going to be 1-1/4" x 1-1/4". The hitch pinhole is going to be 1/2" in size. more

Today on our 2017 Hyundai Tucson, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt class three trailer hitch receiver, part number C13240. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. As you can see the cross tube is completely hidden behind the bumper. All you can see is the receiver tube. It's going to be a 2" by 2", it's going to have a 5/8" hitch pin hole, it's going to have plate style safety chain loops giving you plenty of room for different size safety chains. This hitch has a 525 pound max tongue weight, which is the downward force on the inside of the receiver tube. more

As you can see, the cross tube is completely hidden behind the bumper. The only thing you can see is your receiver tube. It's gonna be a class two. It's gonna be 1-1/4" by 1-1/4". Hitch pin hole is gonna be 1/2" in diameter. more

Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Hyundai Tucson- Video
Today on our 2017 Hyundai Tucson, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Draw-Tite class three max frame trailer hitch receiver, part number 75836. This is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. You can see the cross tube is completely hidden behind the bumper. The only thing you can see is the receiver tube. What's nice about this hitch is it's going to push back underneath the bumper, so you don't have to worry about hitting your legs on it. It's going to be a class three, two inch by two inch. more
