Rob: Hey everybody. Rob here @etrailer.com and today we are going to be taking a look at the Curt Class One Custom Fit Trailer Hitch Receiver on our 2017 Honda Accord. Here's what our hitch is going to look like once we have it installed, the cross tube is going to sit right below the bumper. But the main thing we're going to see is the receiver tube, because our Accord does sit a little bit lower to the ground. So we're not going to see this as much unless we're kind of looking for it. It is a Class One, so it is going to have that inch and a quarter by inch and a quarter receiver tube opening. more

Best 2017 Honda Accord Hitch Options- Video
Today we'll be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2017 Honda Accord. Here we have our best hitch options. Up at the top we have our Draw-Tite Class 1. This is part number 24899. Then right underneath that we have our CURT Class 1. That part number is C11681. The first thing we'll notice about our two hitches is that our Draw-Tite is more of a square tubing. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2017 Honda Accord - Draw-Tite- Video
Today on our 2017 Honda Accord we'll be installing the Draw-Tite Sportframe Class One Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number 24899. Here's what our hitch looks like installed. As you can see, it's nice and tucked up underneath the rear fascia of our vehicle, but yet we still have plenty of clearance so we won't have very much difficulty using any hitch mounted accessory we may want to use. Now, as you can see here on the side, we have our 1/2 inch diameter hitch pin hole to secure any of our hitch mounted accessories. On the bottom we have our nice rolled steel safety chain loops that are easy to access and easy to use. This hitch has a 200 pound max gross tongue weight rating and a 2,000 pound max gross trailer weight rating. You'll want to consult with the owner's manual of your Honda Accord and see what numbers are less. more
