Best 2009 Honda Accord Hitch Options

Today, we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2009 Honda Accord. Up top, we've got the Curt Class I receiver hitch. Part number C11085, followed by the Draw-Tite Class I hitch, part number 24899. Then finally the Curt Class I hitch, part number C11496. The biggest difference that we're going to see between these three hitches is, with these two lower ones, it's got the angled style cross tube, but up here with the top, it's got the rounded style. With the frame difference, this top Curt up here is going to give you about an inch and a quarter more clearance away from the rear bumper of the vehicle with any accessories that you may use with it. The next difference that we'll see is the difference in aesthetics. Here with this Curt with the rounded cross tube design, you may be able to see a little bit of this cross tube from the underneath of the vehicle but it does contour well to the fascia on the underside so it really doesn't take away from the look of the vehicle at all. Then down here with the Draw-Tite and the other Curt, with them having the angled design on the cross tube, you're not going to run the risk of seeing the cross tube as much so you'll primarily just see the receiver tube and the safety chain connection points. more
