Today on our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, we're going to be installing etrailer.com's class three two inch trailer hitch receiver, part number E98854. Now this is what our hitch is going to look like when it's installed. The cross tube is going to be hidden up behind the bumper so you won't be able to see it. You'll just be able to see the receiver tube sticking out the back. It's a class three, two inch by two inch receiver so it's going to be great for all your towing needs, from bike racks to cargo carriers, and for hauling a trailer.It uses a 5/8 inch hitch pin and clip. Now one doesn't come included with the hitch but you can pick one up here at etrailer.com. more

Best 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Today we're going to be taking a look at the best hitch options for your 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Up top here we're going to have our etrailer has, which is going to be a Class 3. Right below that we'll have our Draw-Tite that's also a Class 3. Then finally at the bottom we'll have our CURT, again a Class 3 hitch. Since all of our hitches are going to be a Class 3 hitch, they're all going to give us that 2" by 2" receiver tube opening and have a lot of different accessories available that we can mount in them, all the way from a ball mount, a bike rack, or even a cargo carrier.Regardless if you're towing and you're using a ball mount or you're just using it for a bike rack, all of the accessories going into each one of our hitches is going to use a standard 5/8 pin and clip to secure them. However, the Draw-Tite you'll notice there is going to be a secondary hole towards the opening on our receiver. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan - Curt- Video
Today in our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, we'll be installing and taking a look at the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver class II with 1-1/4" opening, part number C12264. Now this is what your new Curt Hitch will look like on your Grand Caravan. As you can see, the cross tube is tucked nicely here behind our bumper. The only thing that sticks out is the receiver tube, so it allows you easy access to putting your accessories into your hitch. You have your chain hold downs right here, that are easy access, and your 1/2" pinhole. This is a class II hitch, so it is rated at 350 pound tongue weight and 3,500 pounds of towing capacity. more
