Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chrysler Town and Country - Hidden Hitch- Video

Today on our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country we'll be installing the Hidden Hitch, part number 90169. Here's what the hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for your hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost of the bumper is approximately 6". From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground is approximately 13". Now let's go ahead and install our hitch. To begin with we'll need to go ahead and lower our exhaust out of the way. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chrysler Town and Country - Curt- Video

Today on our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country we'll be installing the CURT hitch, part number 133634. Here's what our hitch looks like installed on our vehicle. Now we'll go ahead and give you a couple measurements in helping you choose some accessories for hitch, such as a ball mount, a bicycle rack, or a cargo carrier. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost edge of the bumper is approximately 4". From the top of the opening in the receiver to the ground is approximately 13". Now let's go ahead and install our hitch. To begin with we're going to need to lower the exhaust down out of the way to gain access to the existing hardware that's in the frame on the passenger side. Before we lower the exhaust, though, we're going to go ahead and put a safety strap in place just in case so we can give the exhaust a little extra support once it's lowered down. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chrysler Town and Country - Draw-Tite- Video

Today on our 2010 Chrysler Town and Country were going to install part number 36455 from Draw Tite. This is what the hitch looks like when its installed on the van. Next well give you some measurements that will help you out in selecting some accessories, such as a bike rack or a cargo carrier. From the top of the receiver opening down tot eh ground will be about 12 inches. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the bumper will be about six and three-quarter inches. Now well go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chrysler Town and Country- Video

Today on this 2010 Chrysler Town and Country we are going to be installing Hidden Hitch part number 87451 and this installation will also apply for Draw-Tite hitch part number 75579. Before we get started we are going to give you a couple of final installed dimensions which will help make choosing your hitch accessories a little bit easier. From the top of the receiver tube opening to the ground is going to measure 12-1/ 2 inches and from the center of the pin hole to clear the rear edge of the bumper is going to be approximately 7 inches.
