Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we're gonna be talking about our Curt Trailer Hitch on our 2023 Cadillac XT5. This is gonna be a class three hitch. It's gonna have a two inch receiver. It's gonna be great if you have any equipment that you wanna put on the back of this, whether it be bike racks, cargo carriers, or a ball mount for a trailer. Now this doesn't come with a hitch pin, but you can find one of those on our website. Now, it'll look like this when it's installed with its safety clip. more

Best 2023 Cadillac XT5 Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Hi, (indistinct) etrailer and today we're gonna be talking about the best hitch options for you on our 2023 Cadillac XT-5. Today we're gonna have three different options for you. The first option is gonna be our hidden hitch. Second option is gonna be our etrailer hitch and then we're gonna have our Curt hitch. Now the real difference between them is gonna be with the hidden hitch that's gonna have a detachable receiver and the other two are gonna be your fixed mounting ones. So when trying to figure out what's gonna be the best option for you, we're gonna be considering what they can do and how they're gonna look on the back of your car. more

Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be talking about a Hidden Hitch two-inch hitch receiver on a 2023 Cadillac XT5. Now there's gonna be a great premium option for you if you're looking at either hauling or towing, or having accessories on your car part-time, but when you're not using it, you want that nice, finished, factory look to your car, then this is gonna be the one of the best options for you. What's really nice about this one in particular is that this receiver comes on and off. So if you wanna take it off, you just come over to this blue knob. And if you'll notice there's a locking core on it just for that extra security so no one can come by and take it off. more

etrailer Class III Trailer Hitch Installation - 2023 Cadillac XT5- Video
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2023 Cadillac XT5, we're gonna be showing you how to install the etrailer.com trailer hitch receiver, but before we get into that, why don't we just take a minute, check this out, and make sure it's gonna work for you. One of the best things about this hitch is the fact that it can hide behind this panel, and with Cadillacs being luxury vehicles, personally, I would rather not have to look at a trailer hitch whenever I don't want to, and because this panel, this'll pop on when you're not using the hitch, and you won't even know it's there, and there is a couple screws that'll go in there too, but I'm not gonna bother with them right now just so I can effectively demonstrate this. So it looks completely OEM, completely stock, and when you're ready to use a hitch, you can remove the panel here, and now you have full access to it. With Cadillacs, you get a lot of cool features, one of 'em being the Hands-Free Liftgate Assist, and a lot of people wonder if putting a trailer hitch back here is going to affect that, and with this one the answer is, "No." It's still gonna work the way it should, and honestly, with the hitch sitting up high, you really don't even need to adjust your foot, but if you end up having some issues, just kick to either side of the receiver tube and it'll open up like it should. With this being a Class 3 hitch, it is gonna have the two inch by two inch receiver tube opening, super common size, it's gonna work with a lot of different things. more
