Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Installation - 2004 Cadillac CTS- Video
Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2004 Cadillac CTS, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver. Before we get into that though, let's take a couple minutes to check it out and make sure it's gonna be right for you. By putting a trailer hitch back here you know it'll help you kind of haul around some extra items or free up some space on the inside of your Cadillac. You know, whether you're looking to use a smaller bike rack or some type of smaller carrier or you know potentially even pull a real lightweight trailer around this is gonna give you the means to do so. It's kind of nice to how the hitch is gonna sit. more

Ryan: Hey everybody, I'm Ryan and here at etrailer, we install, test fit, and review a lot of different parts. That way we can help answer any questions those of you might have. And that's exactly what we're doing today on our 2017 Cadillac CTS. We're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Curt trailer hitch receiver.If it we're me and I was looking for a hitch to put on my Cadillac, I think the first thing to come to my mind would be how's it going to look How's it going to affect the appearance CTSs are really sharp cars, and you wouldn't want a big oil hitch hanging down below here, taken up a bunch of space and being really noticeable, at least in my opinion. And out of the hitches available, I will say I think this one definitely looks the best.Reall, the only thing you're going to be able to see is this receiver tube opening here. And it's going to set up relatively close to the bottom of your bumper, but still be easy to get to, to take those accessories in and out. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2012 Cadillac CTS - Draw-Tite- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2012 Cadillac CTS, we're going to be installing the Draw-Tite sport frame trailer hitch, class one, 1 and a quarter inch, part number 24767. Now you can see here, this is what our hitch's going to look like when it's installed. It's going to be tucked back nicely. It's almost not even going to be noticeable. This class one hitch is going to be great for bike racks, cargo carriers, and cargo baskets.It has an inch and a quarter receiver with a half inch hitch pin hole. Now, this hitch pin is not included, but one can be picked up on our website with part number PC2. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2007 Cadillac CTS - Hidden Hitch- Video
Today on this 2007 Cadillac CTS, we're going to install part number 60830, from Hidden Hitch. This is what the hitch looks like once it's installed on our Cadillac, next we'll give you some measurements, then help out selecting some accessories. Such as the bicycle rack, or our cargo carrier. From top of the receiver opening down to the ground will be about 10", and from the center of the hitch pinhole to outside edge of your bumper is going to be about 6 3/4". Now, we'll go ahead and show you how the hitch is installed. To start off to install, we need to get inside the trunk area, we need to remove the floor coverings to get down to the bare metal by your spare tire. Take off the spare tire cover first, and then we can go ahead and remove the threshold. more

Today we are working on a 2005 Cadillac CTS. We will be installing a Draw-Tite hitch, part number 24767. This will also be comparable to Hidden Hitch part number 60830. Here are a couple of measurements that will assist you with ing accessories for your new hitch. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the outermost point of the bumper is approximately 6-3/4 inches. And from the top of the receiver tube to the ground is approximately 9-3/4 inches. 0:27 more
