Stealth Hidden Rack Receiver Hitch Installation - 2016 BMW X5- Video
Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the stealth hitch rack receiver on a 2016 BMW X5 M. Now this is going to allow you to have your cargo carriers and bike racks loaded up. If you do plan on ever pulling a trailer you cannot put a ball mount in here. And also you're gonna need to pick up wiring. So if you do plan on pulling that trailer you can pick up the tow kit which will allow you to have that as well as the wiring and then you'll be able to say tow. Hello neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look and installing the Stealth Hitch hitch receiver on a 2016 BMW X5 M. Now, this is gonna be available in two different configurations. So, if you plan on towing a trailer, you are gonna wanna pick up the towing package as it uses its own ball mount and you can't just hook up to the normal rack receiver. It also includes the wiring to allow you to have your seven-pole as well as four-pole. If you're just planning on using it for bike racks and cargo carriers, the standard rack receiver kit is gonna work right for you. more

Best 2016 BMW X5 Trailer Hitch Options- Video
Today you're going to be taking a look at the hitch options for your 2016 BMW X5. Up top we have a Class Three Curt, below that we're going to have a Class Three Draw-Tite, and then finally down here at the bottom we're going to have our Class Three EcoHitch. If it we're me looking for a hitch for my BMW I would go with the EcoHitch for a few different reasons. I really like the finish on it. It has more of a textured finish rather than just a high gloss, and also it is going to be completely hidden behind the bumper, and we have the option to remove the receiver tube if we want to.But let's take a closer look at all three of our hitches and go over some of the features. Now the first thing you'll notice is that all of our hitches are going to share a very similar design. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 BMW X5 we're gonna be taking a look at, and showing you how to install, the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver, part number: 13077. As you can see, this is what our hitch looks like when it's installed. The cross tube is hidden behind the bumper. The only thing you can see is the receiver tube. It's gonna be a 2" x 2" Class III. It's gonna work with a lot of accessories, and it's gonna have a 5/8" hitch pin hole. more
