CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe- Video
Today on our 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe, we'll be installing the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror, part number CM10900. The CIPA Custom Towing Mirror is a sleek and stylish design to prevent vibrations and wind noise. It simply slides up and over the original manufacturer's mirror. Here, it has a manual mirror that can be adjusted up, down, in, or out as necessary to view your towing product. As you can see, its sturdy design won't move around even at highway speeds. Note it also does not interfere with the manufacturer's mirror, so viewing of the blinker or moving the mirror as necessary will not be obstructed. Now with our driver side installed, let's move over to the passenger side and install that one. Here we can see the grooves that will line up on the back side of the mirror and the front side simply slips into position. Then we'll take our wedge, slide it into the groove, and line up the portion here with the threaded portion of our mirror. more
