It's been my experience that adding towing mirrors with your trailer is gonna give you a lot better measure of safety. It's gonna allow you to get a wider field of view behind you extending into the other lanes to give you more time to react. So it is a great thing to add, but you do have a few different options. Now why you might want a towing mirror is the wider field of view when you're towing a trailer. So we're hooked up to our enclosed trailer right now, you can see me in the factory mirror and as I step to the side out of frame from that factory mirror, I step into our blind spot.
