Roadmaster Diode 7 to 6 Wire Coil Kit Installation - 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Video
Today on our 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit. When we want to tow our Jeep, we're going to need a base plate, tow bar wiring, the tow bar itself, as well as a braking system. Now specifically for our Jeep, we're also going to need an automatic battery disconnect, as well as a charge line kit to make sure our battery stays charged.Whenever we're flat towing our Jeep, it's going to be very imperative that our lights match the same as they do on our motor home. That way, if we're driving down the highway, and we need to change lanes, we can do it safely and everyone knows what's going on around us. Typically, that's going to mean that you're going to mount some kind of external light. We've all seen those magnetic lights that people put, and they mount on the top of their vehicle or run a wire to the front.That can be a little bit of hassle because we're going to have to set it up each time that we want to flat tow our Jeep and we're going to the potential of that wire rubbing across the paint causing some damage. more

Hopkins Tail Light Wiring Kit Installation - 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Video
Today on this 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited we're going to show you the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for towed vehicles, part number HN56200. Now we have our parts laid out before we install. We'll give a quick overview of what goes where. First off, we've got a T connection here. With the yellow wire, that will go behind the driver's side tail light. Roadmaster Tow Bar Wiring Kit Installation - 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited- Video
Today on our 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, we'll be installing the Roadmaster Universal Diode 4-Pole Wiring Kit, part number RM-154. We'll be installing this kit for a towed vehicle that will work in conjunction with the manufacturer's brake and turn signals. Starting on the passenger side, we'll go ahead and remove the taillight assembly. We'll need to gain access to the manufacturer's wiring behind the taillight assembly. With the taillight assembly out, we can go ahead and take the wiring loom and remove it, so we can gain access to the wires. Using my utility knife, I'll go ahead and cut the electrical tape and then cut off the excess loom. Next, using a test light, we'll go ahead and check the manufacturer's wiring to locate the running light circuit and then the single wire that will carry both brake and turn signal circuit. Here at the passenger rear taillight, the white wire with the yellow stripe is going to be the turn and brake signal circuit. more
