Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install these pewag Servo RS Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains on our 2020 Toyota RAV4. So right out of the gate this is going to be a diagonal pattern snow tire chain. What that means, comparing it to something like a ladder pattern style that has just a series of links running perpendicularly across the tire, this is gonna give more coverage on the tire resulting in a bit of a smoother ride quality because there's more constant contact with tire chain on the road. Now, these are gonna be a square-shaped link here which means they've got a bit of a hard edge, good for biting into some ice, still gets good traction in snow. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Konig self-tensioning snow tire chains here on our 2020 Toyota RAV4. So some important things to know about this chain. It's going to be a diamond pattern. You can see that particularly on the sides of the chain here, where the chains actually form up to make these diamond shapes. Compared to a ladder pattern style chain that has a lot of perpendicular links of chain that go across the tire this is gonna be a little bit smoother ride quality and give you good traction on turns. more

Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2020 Toyota RAV4- Video

Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at and showing you how to install these Glacier chain cable snow tire chains on our 2020 Toyota RAV4. So the big thing with these is that they're going to be cables rather than a traditional chain. That's gonna mean it's very low profile, so it's gonna be a smooth ride quality with these steel rollers over top of the cables but it also means it's not very aggressive. So this is really just for light snow. If you want something that's gonna bite and dig into ice, break it up and give you more traction in those applications this really doesn't have the chops to do that. more

Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer, and today, we're taking a look at the Titan Snow Tire chains with V-bars on a 2020 Toyota RAV4. And our tire size on this RAV4 is 235/55 R19. This is your ladder-style snow tire chain and while it doesn't give you as good of lateral traction as your diamond pattern style, these are gonna be more effective at your starts and stops. It's gonna be made out of a low-carbon steel construction, so it's gonna be very durable. V-bars on top are gonna be great for cutting through that deep ice, as well as your deep snow.
