They're good for snow and ice conditions with the square link rigid chains. The Glacier V-Bar Tire Chains come in a pack of two, so that way you can put it on your appropriate drive wheel, in this case the front wheel drive. Today on our 2017 Toyota Highlander, we're gonna be doing a test fit of the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains. Part number PW2029C. And that's tire size 24555R19. These Glacier Cable Snow Tire chains feature a ladder pattern, so they're gonna be very effective during starts and stops. They also feature spring rollers on the cross cables so they're gonna provide us with adequate traction on light snow and ice, and since they use spring rollers, it's gonna also provide us with a smoother ride, compared to chains that have links. They're SAE Class S chains, and they're designed for vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. They meet Department of Transportation requirements in all states, they have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour, and they come in a quantity of two. Now I'll go ahead and show you how easy they are to install. To start off, we're gonna be putting tire chains on the front tires of our Highlander. more

These Titan Snow Tire Chains feature a diamond pattern rather than a ladder pattern, so they're gonna give you more tire coverage which means more traction. They also features small, square links which are gonna help bite down into the snow and ice. Since they're small, they're gonna provide you with a smoother ride compared to chains that have larger links. more
