Today, on our 2016 Ram 2500, we'll be taking a look at the Glacier cable snow tire chains, part number PW3029C. Keep in mind that the tire size we have today is 275/70/R18. The Glacier cable snow tire chains are made out of a case hardened, low carbon steel, so they're perfect for occasional use. The sprig rollers are wrapped around sturdy wire cross cables with durable side cables. The tire chains have a low profile design, and they meet the Department of Transportation requirements in all 50 states. Now the manufacturer does recommend the use of a rubber tensioner. more

Today on our 2016 Ram 2500, we're doing a test fit of a Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains, part number TC3829. The Titan chains, V bar chains grip into the snow and ice to give superior traction. The studded twist links form cross chains while the latter pattern helps with effective starts and stops. The tire chain is made out of a low carbon, steel construction so it's strong and durable. These chains have a 30 mile per hour speed rating and come in a quantity of 2. Now that we've gone over some features, we're going to show you how to get these installed.
