They also have this nice self-tensioning system, which is very ideal so that you don't have to purchase any extra rubber adapters to make sure your chains stay snug against your tire.These chains have a diamond pattern rather than a latter pattern, which is gonna give you more coverage around your tire and provide you with much better traction while you're on the road.These D-links are gonna dig into that snow and ice and give you that bite you need for starts, stops, and turns.These chains have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour and it comes in a set of two with this durable carrying case, which makes for easy storage. It also comes with a set of gloves and a kneeling pad.If your CX-5 is all-wheel drive and you wanna have a set a back for your back tires just use the same part number.The first thing you wanna do before installing your chains is to lay them out flat. You wanna look and try to find any kinks, twists or tangles and remove them.You also wanna make sure that these hooks right here are facing down towards the ground so the smooth side is facing up. This gonna help prevent those hooks from digging into your tire when the chains are installed.Now we can start to slide our chains behind our tire.
