Glacier Square-Link Snow Tire Chains Review - 2015 Mazda CX-5- Video
Today, we'll be taking a look at and installing, the Glacier swirling snow tire chains, part number PWPLC1142, on tire size 225/65/R17. These chains are going to be made of a hard, encased steel, which is going to be very durable and stand up against the elements. It's going to be suitable for front and rear wheel drive vehicles, the latter pattern is going to add superior traction for starts and stops. With this semi-aggressive pattern of the twisted links, it's going to add that extra traction, breaking through any kind of hard snow pack, or ice. Now, that we have it laid out, let's go ahead and lay it over the top of our tire and show you how to hook it up. We are going to slider our chains over, making sure that we have the cam lack on the outside. Get them centered up and slide them around. more
