Today on our 2007 Kia Sportage with tire size P23560R16 well be installing the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains for light trucks part number PW2016C. Now these cable chains are perfect for the occasional use. They feature a rugged steel wiring covered with case-hardened steel rollers for traction. Theyre easy to install and comply with all DOT specifications and theyll fit both front and rear wheel drive vehicles. Now youll notice that the cable chains have a yellow tab attached to the cable chains themselves. This tab indicates which side of the vehicle as well as the direction of travel the chains will need to move. more

Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2007 Kia Sportage PW1038- Video
Today on our 2007 Kia Sportage with tire size P23560R16 well be installing the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains part number PW1038 in conjunction with the rubber adjuster part number PW99. Well now need to identify how to mount the chain on the tire. Youll notice that the cable chains have the words tire side imprinted on each of the side chain hooks. Well now drape the tire chain over the tire with the connection area located at the very bottom of the tire. Youll want to make sure that the tire side writing faces the tire itself. Well center the chains relative to the tire tread where we can then go to the inside of the tire and connect the cable first by inserting the adjustment end of the side cable through the hook fastener making sure to take up as much of the slack in the side cable as possible. more
