Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Konig Standard Snow Tire Chains with a Diamond Pattern and D-Links, part number TH01571247, and that's on tire size 235/65/R17.These Konig Snow Tire Chains are a perfect fit for your Santa Fe. They feature a diamond pattern rather than a ladder pattern, so they're going to offer us more tire coverage, which means more traction. They're great for either on-road or off-road use. The D-links are going to give us the bit we need, and they're also going to wear a lot more evenly than a twist link style, which means they're going to last longer. Most chains need a rubber adjuster and additional part to keep them tight and snug around the tire. These chains have an integrated adjuster, so there's no need to buy anything else. The inner chain is coated, so it won't harm or scratch your wheels should it come in contact. more

Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe we're going to be installing the Titan Snow Tire chains with twisted links and cams, part number TC22110CAM.These tire chains are going to give you excellent traction in deep snow and adequate traction on ice. The ladder pattern design is great for starting and stopping, as it's parallel with the road to dig in deep for a wide surface area. The twisted link shape is going to give you excellent traction but it's going to be quieter when compared to square link designs. The built in cam adjusters will take out slack and increase tension on your tire chains to hold them on.Now it is always recommend to use a rubber or other type of chain adjuster for that extra security to keep your chains tight and from flying off. Something like this can be picked up on our website with part number TCMA2.These chains have a maximum speed rating of 30 miles per hour and come inside of a canvas bag that can be reused to store your chains in your vehicle. It comes in a quantity of two.Now I'll show you how to get these on.We're going to be putting our tire chains on tire size P2-35-65-17. Titan Alloy Snow Tire Chains Installation - 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe

Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe, we're going to be test fitting the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, Part Number TC2319. These chains are strong and durable made from a manganese nickel alloy and they also have a diamond shaped pattern to them, and these d-links, which will give you excellent traction in snow and good stopping power on ice as well.An advantage to the d-links here is the fact that they wear evenly as opposed to the twist links, which would wear of course, unevenly. These chains are designed to work with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance, and another advantage to these is the self tensioning system. Because of the self tensioning system, it eliminates the need as you would for other tire chains to purchase after market rubber tensioners. These are very easy to install. It doesn't require all the turning the wheels, pulling it slightly forward to get them in place. You simply slide them behind and hook it up. more
