Today on our 2015 Ford Explorer we're going to be doing a test fit of the Glacier Twist-Link snow tire chains with cam tighteners. That's part number PWH3210SC. That's tire size 24560 R18. These Glacier snow tire chains feature a ladder pattern so they're going to be very effective during accelerating and breaking. They also feature a twist link design so you're going to get that extra grip on snow and ice. Some chains require an additional part or a rubber tension to help keep them tight and snug around the tire. Now you can still use that if you want but the cam tensioners help eliminate the need. more

Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains Review - 2015 Ford Explorer- Video

Today on our 2015 Ford Explorer we're going to be doing a test fit of the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains, part number PW2029C. Tire size on this vehicle is going to be 245/55R18s. What you're going to want to do first is lay them out and make sure you don't have any tangles or kinks. You want to make sure that you have the right side on the vehicle. This is in the left hand side and it shows the tire rotation direction. So, we'll take our snow chains and we'll just wrap them over the tire. You want to get them as centered as possible, with the excess coming around the bottom. We'll go around the back and hook up the back first. more
