Today on our 2014 Ford Explorer, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains, part number TC2317. Today we're going to be working on a size 24560R18 on our Explorer. Here's what our chains look like when they're fully installed. These are going to be great whether we're driving through the snow or even light ice. The square links are going to dig in nice and they're give us good traction, while the diamond pattern here is going to give us more coverage on our tire so that we have more traction when we're driving. It does feature a built-in tensioner, which is nice because now we don't have to worry about buying anything extra or having our chains come loose. Our chains are SAE class S chains, and what that means is they're going to work well with vehicles with limited wheel well clearance. more
