For reference, we're working with a tire , today, of 255 by 65 by 17. This is what the snow chains looks like when it's installed on the tire of our caravan. Let's go ahead and take a closer look. First thing to know about these snow chains is this is a class S chain which is designed not to interfere with any components behind the tire wheel.
