Rhino Rack Ski and Snowboard Racks Review - 2022 Ford Maverick- Video
Hi everyone. Aiden here with the etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Rhino-Rack ski and snowboard carrier on the top of our 2022 Ford Maverick. So this is gonna be a rooftop ski and snowboard carrier that holds your stuff between these two spring loaded jaws. They've got thick rubber padding in there to both protect your gear and provide some grip to it so it doesn't move around when you're going down the road. It's gonna be a nice way to carry your gear in a more cost effective way and it's a lot less bulky than something like a rooftop box. more

So, this style of carrier is going to open up and carry your gear in between these two padded jaws. There's thick rubber padding in there that's gonna both protect and cushion your gear while also giving it some grip. This one is pretty unique because most of these carriers come for skis and snowboards and they're a lot larger. more

Yakima Ski and Snowboard Racks Review - 2022 Ford Maverick- Video
Hi, everyone. Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima FatCat EVO ski and snowboard carrier on the top of our 2022 Ford Maverick. So, this is gonna be a roof mounted carrier that wraps around our crossbars and gives us a place to hold our skis on the snowboards between these two spring loaded arms. There's a very large button to open those. Very easy to press with a glove or a mitten. more

Hi, everyone. Aiden here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima Fresh Track Ski and Snowboard Carrier on top of our 2022 Ford Maverick. This is gonna be a roof mounted carrier that clamps around our crossbars, so you will need a roof rack to make this work, but for me this is one of my preferred ways of carrying skis and snowboards, and it certainly beats just throwing it in the bed of your truck. It's gonna help keep 'em protected between these two spring loaded arms. So, just press the large button on the outside, open it up and we've got these thick rubber pads that are gonna keep our gear nice and protected in there, helping to provide padding, but also grip. more

Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Inno Gravity Ski and Snowboard Carrier on top of our 2022 Ford Maverick. This is gonna be a roof-mounted carrier that clamps around our crossbar, so you will need a roof rack to make this work. But for me, this is a really nice way to carry your gear. A lot of people like using a box, and those are nice because they are enclosed and locking, but the problem with rooftop boxes is they can get very large and they add a lot of height to your vehicle. They're hard to store when it's not on your vehicle, so you gotta find some place in the garage to keep it. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Kuat Grip Ski and Snowboard Carrier on top of our 2022 Ford Maverick. It's gonna be a roof mounted carrier that'll attach to your crossbars, so you will need a roof rack to make this work, but it's going to be a set of the spring loaded arms that hold your skis or your snowboards in between these thick rubber pads. It's gonna do a number of things, it's going to help protect our gear, but also, keep it gripped. So you can see there's no back and forth movement when I shake the vehicle by the snowboard here, everything's really secure in there. Now, a lot of people like using rooftop boxes to carry their skis and snowboards, because they're enclosed and lockable. more
