This can carry anything from bike racks to cargo baskets to cargo boxes. It does have lockable end caps. more

The Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System is great for carrying a wide variety of accessories on your roof while freeing up space inside your vehicle. An advantage that this has over other roof rack systems is everything comes together in one box and it's ready to go once you get it.This has an aerodynamic shape to it, and that coupled with the Vortex aerostrip up at the top, that's gonna cut down wind noise and drag while you drive.
