Best 2016 GMC Terrain Roof Rack Options

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 GMC Terrain we're going to be taking a look at the best roof rack options available. The three roof rack systems we're going to be taking a look at today are going to be the Yakima JetStream roof rack system, and then the Thule AeroBlade roof rack system, and finally the Inno Aero roof rack system. While all three of these roof rack systems have their similarities, we're going to be focusing on their differences. We're going to start with the rubber strips at the top of the bars. Now looking at both the Inno and the Yakima, you can use T-track accessories just like you can with the Thule. The slight difference between these three is, with the Yakima and the Inno, all you have to do is push down the rubber strip and push your T-track accessory in place without having to cut the strip itself. However, to do that you have to remove the end caps and make that happen. more

Malone Roof Rack Review - 2016 GMC Terrain

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 GMC Terrain, we're going to be taking a look at the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack system, and that's going to be part number MPG202.As you can see, we have the front bar installed, so let's take a closer look and show off some of the features. Our square bars that we have on top are going to be 58" long. They also come in other lengths. You could check our website for those different lengths. They do have a square bar, so you are going to have some type of wind noise and drag while you're traveling. However, you can purchase a fairing that will act as a wind deflector and kind of sweep it right over the bar to make it more aerodynamic, and cut down on that wind noise and drag. The square bars have a nice rigid system up top that's going to help keep your accessories in place and not be able to slide at all on your roof rack. more
