How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Inno Aero roof rack on our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. Adding a rooftop basket to your Equinox is gonna help solve the issue that you're probably aware of as an Equinox owner of having limited cargo space. So having something like the Inno Aero system is gonna allow you to take advantage of that negative space on top of your vehicle to get those bigger, bulkier items out on the road with you. So for example, I have our Inno ski carrier on top with the snowboard on it, but you can also add rooftop baskets, enclosed rooftop boxes, tents, you're just limited to what the capacity of your roof and your bars are. So let's take a closer look at the aero bars and get into some of the details. So our crossbars are aero shape, so it's similar to an airplane's wing, so it's gonna cut through the air better and that's gonna reduce the wind noise that rooftop racks are notorious for. more

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack System on our 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. Your roof rack is actually supported by your Fit Kit inside of your door jamb and the foot on the bottom that makes the contour to your roof. So once those things are fastened down, it kind of clamps across the vehicle giving you stability to your crossbars. The crossbars themselves are made of extruded aluminum, and it has an H-shape on the inside. What that does for you just gives you a higher measure of stability and rigidity. As far as how it affects your vehicle, your height from the roof is right at three and a half inches, so that's gonna give you plenty of clearance to use with most rooftop basket accessories. more

And you can add a cargo basket, enclosed box, bike carrier, you know, your wide open with your options. Your aero bars have a included strip here that's gonna help reduce your wind drag. And you can actually push down into it to take advantage of the T-slot. more

Being an Equinox owner, you know that the cargo area isn't the largest, so you can take advantage of the negative space on top of your roof to get those bigger bulkier items out on the road with you. The way that your roof rack attaches to the top of your vehicle is using the fit kit system that contours to the top of your roof and the clamp that sandwiches right in your door jamb and that creates the pressure to hold your foot securely on top of the vehicle. As far as the towers themselves, they are lockable and they're gonna come with the key to light key that keep everything nice and secure.
