Thule Roof Rack Review - 2007 Acura MDX

Today on our 2007 Accra NDX, we're going to be doing a test fit of the Tuley Arrow Blade Refrac system like the one up here on top of the vehicle that we've already installed. We're going to go through on how to install the back one, and a few measurements along the way. These are going to be part number THARb60 for your arrow blade, TH480R for your pedestals, and for your fit kit for the vehicle specific, it's going to be THKIT1549. We'll also be using the included tool, which is your accutight tensioner and Allan key, and a piece of tape rule. We'll go ahead and flip it over, and I'll show you what we got going on here. This is what it will look like, once it's installed onto our bar. With your clip here, that's going to clip underneath your windowsill, your rubber mat which is part of that kit, as well, that's going to sit down on top of the pane to protect it. more

Thule Traverse Roof Rack Installation - 2007 Acura MDX

Today we are going to show you how the Thule Traverse roof rack system looks and fits on a 2007 Acura MDX. First thing we are going to want to do is go ahead and open up the doors on our MDX and then we will take the pre-assembled crossbars and go ahead and set them into position. Now we have the front crossbar set in place we want to just make sure that it is in its proper position and to do that we are actually going to take a tape measure and we want to measure out from the top edge of the windshield to the front end of the foot pack and on this particular vehicle that measurement is going to be 10 inches. Once we have ensured that dimension is set we can go ahead and tighten our foot pack down using the provided one torque tool which helps take the guesswork out of how tight you need to get the foot pack. Okay just go ahead and close the lid on our foot packs and we will go ahead and move on to the rear crossbar and we are going to repeat the same setup for the rear crossbar. :50 more
