How Does the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box Fit on a 2022 Toyota Tacoma?- Video

How Does the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box Fit on a 2022 Toyota Tacoma?

Hi Matt with etrailer. If you have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma and you wanna get a little bit of extra space for any of that luggage or anything that is not gonna be weather resistant then the Yakima NX 16 Roof Box is gonna be a great option for you. So let's check it out. Now, the reason why I really focus on those items that aren't gonna be weather resistant is because at the end of the day you do have a truck, you have a lot of space in your bed, but trying to put any of your luggage back there, you probably don't wanna risk anything happening to it. Like if it we inchesre to rain or snow outside 'cause that'd be a real hassle taking it out. The next option would be inside your cab. more

How the Thule Motion 3 Rooftop Cargo Box Fits - 2022 Toyota Tacoma

Hi, Matt with etrailer and today we're gonna be talking about the Thule Motion 3 roof box on our 2022 Toyota Tacoma. What's great about a roof box is it's gonna do a great job at protecting your gear from any elements. And a situation you're probably gonna run into is if you're planning on taking a family trip, you're probably gonna have your cab maxed out so you're gonna need somewhere to place your luggage. Now you do have your bed, which is okay, but if your luggage is gonna be sensitive to the elements, that's not gonna be the great place to put it. The next best place to put it is gonna be in a roof box. And what's great about the one we have today is there's gonna be plenty of space in it. more

Yakima DeepSpace 10 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2021 Toyota Tacoma- Video

Yakima DeepSpace 10 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2021 Toyota Tacoma

Hi everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at the Yakima DeepSpace 10 ladder rack cargo box right here on our 2021 Toyota Tacoma. So this is an interesting cargo box in that it's not really designed as a rooftop cargo box, you can definitely see those options here at etrailer, like the Yakima CBX, where it's a lot more aerodynamic. So this is a ladder rack cargo box, a little bit different from the rooftop cargo boxes you might've seen around. You can see it's not as aerodynamic, but it has its own special features. This one is super easy to take off and carry into your camp site. Then you have the hard shell tote to keep it on top of your vehicle when you're driving. more

Yakima CBX Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2021 Toyota Tacoma

Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we'll be taking a look at the Yakima CBX Rooftop Cargo Box. So it has two different sizes, 18 cubic feet or 16 cubic feet. We'll take a look at the large one, which is the 18, right here, on our 2021 Toyota Tacoma. So this is a rooftop cargo box, but as you can see, we have it here on our ladder rack, on our Toyota Tacoma. So this is the Yakima OverHaul HD, and we have the extra large HD bars. So I was really curious about, was it gonna fit on our ladder rack How much space do we have around it Will it fit around our larger bars So we're gonna take a look in this test fit at the answers to all those questions and just see how it works and interacts with other things on there too. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Toyota Tacoma

Today on our 2013 Toyota Tacoma, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, a rooftop cargo box with 14 cubic feet of storage space in black, part number Y07192. With our Yakima Q Towers Roof Rack System already installed on the Tacoma, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. We'll adjust our clamps so they're sitting just in front of our crossbars. We'll then slide the box rearward, being sure that all four of the lower portions of our clamp go around the underside of the bars. We'll now take a quick look to be sure we have our box centered. We can then open the passenger's side, reach in, and tighten the two red T handles located closest to us. A great feature of the RocketBox Pro 14 is its ability to open from both the passenger and driver's side. With our passenger's side secure, we'll now make our way around to the driver's side, open the box, and reach in and tighten the two handles located closest to us here. With all four of our handles tight, we're ready to load this box down with some gear and hit the road. That will complete today's test fit of the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, part number Y07192, on our 2013 Toyota Tacoma. more
