Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 Honda CR-V, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Thule Motion XT Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box. It's available in black with part number TH6295B. You can also get it in white with part number TH6295W. It offers us 16 cubic feet of space.Now, right away, one of the first things you may notice is how low-profile it is. It's going to be especially great for things like skis, snowboards, or any other small gear that doesn't have a lot of height to it.Now, it is a locking rooftop cargo box, so we don't have to worry about anybody getting inside of it when we're not around. To open it, simply put in your key, unlock it, and then we can operate the latch. more

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2016 Honda CR-V, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Inno Phantom Rooftop Cargo Box.It offers us 18 cubic feet of space. For the black one, it's part number INBRM466BK. It's also available in white with part number INBRM466WH.As you can see, it's a sizable box. It's going to allow us to carry our cargo on top of our roof, so we can fill up our vehicle with plenty of family members or our pets.It's also going to allow us to keep our wet and soiled gear or sports equipment out of our vehicle and in our box.It's a locking cargo carrier or rooftop box. We simply take our keys, unlock it, we'll push the button. This is going to allow us to open it up and on the inside, it uses four clamps to hold it in place, or to secure it to our roof rack system.Now, the clamps themselves are called Memory Mounts. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2011 Honda CR-V

Today, on our 2011 Honda CRV, we'll be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox Pro-11 rooftop cargo box, part number Y07193. Before setting the box onto the vehicle, you may need to remove your antennae on the top of your vehicle. The antennae on this vehicle can simply be removed by twisting it. Our vehicle is already equipped with a roof rack system, so the begin our test fit, we'll simply place the cargo box onto the vehicle's crossbars. We'll unlock the box and open up the lid, exposing the red T handles and the black knobs. We'll loosen up the black knobs to adjust the hooks around the underside of the crossbar to fit the crossbar's thread. We'll then tighten on the red T handles that tighten on the clamps on the crossbars, securing the Rocketbox to the CRV. With this cargo box securely on our vehicle, we can easily have access to our vehicle's cargo area That completes today's test fit for the Yakima Rocketbox Pro-11 rooftop cargo box, part number Y07193, on our 2011 Honda CRV. . more

Thule Force XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Honda CR-V

Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we'll be test fitting the Thule Force Double XL Rooftop Cargo Box Measuring 21 Cubic Feet in Aero Skin Black, part number th626. Please keep in mind that in order to get this box to fit we did have to remove our rear antenna. With the Thule AeroBlade Roof Rack system installed onto our vehicle we'll begin our test fit by placing the Thule Force directly onto our load bars. With the load bars in a fixed position due to the flushed side rails we'll go ahead and scoot our box as far forward as possible. Once we have the positioned the way we like we can open the passenger side of the box and use the two hand knobs on this side of the box to tighten our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Thule Force is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. more

Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Honda CR-V

Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 13 Cubic Feet in Glossy Black, part number th634b. Please keep in mind that in order to get this box to fit we did have to remove our rear antenna. With the Thule AeroBlade Roof Rack System assembled onto our vehicle we'll begin our test fit by placing the Thule Sonic directly onto our load bars.Since the feet are hanging out of the bottom of the box we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our load bars. Once we have the box situated the way we like we can open the passenger side of the box and use the hand knobs to tighten our feet around our bars. With the two feet on this side of the box tight we can move to the other side of the box.One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll open the driver's side of the box and tighten down the two remaining feet. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Honda CR-V

Today on our 2013 Honda CRV we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box measuring sixteen cubic feet in matte black, part number TH615. With the Thule Arrow Blade Roof Rack system assembled onto our vehicle we'll begin our test fit by removing our rear antenna. With the rear antenna removed we can place the Thule Pulse directly onto our load bars. Keep in mind that this box opens from one side only, so for today's video we'll be scooting it as close to the passenger side as possible for easier accessibility. Once we have our box set the way we like we can open the box and place our feet through the appropriate slots, making sure that they go around our load bars. With all four of those in place we can use the attached hand knobs to tighten them down. Now we'll move to the rear of our vehicle, open our rear hatch, and as you can see it makes contact with the rear of our box. more

Today on our 2013 Honda CRV, well be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07193. Now well begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicles crossbars. Well unlock the box and open it up exposing the four black knobs and the four red T-handles. Well loosen up the black knobs to adjust the claw distance to fit the crossbar spread of our vehicle. Once weve established our crossbar spread, we can then tighten down the black knobs to secure the spacing of our claws in place. We can then slide the box back onto the crossbars and turn the red T-handles to tighten down the claws to secure the RocketBox to our CRV. more

Today on our 2013 Honda CRV, well be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07192. Well begin our test fit by placing the cargo box onto the vehicles crossbars. Well unlock the box and open it up exposing the four black knobs and the four red T-handles. If necessary well loosen up the red T-handles to loosen up the claws and then slide the backs back onto the crossbars adjusting the claws to fit the crossbar spread on the CRV.Once we have established this position, we can then tighten down the red T-handles to secure the claws to the crossbars. As you can see, with the RocketBox secured to hour Honda CRV, we can easily acces the vehicles cargo area. That completes todays test fit for the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07192 on our 2013 Honda CRV. more

Today on our 2013 Honda CR-V, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box, part number TH613. There are a few notes that we want to make aware. When installing this cargo box, we came into contact with the rear antenna. In this case, the rear antenna was removable by simply untwisting it. We decided to go ahead and remove the antenna so our cargo box would be a better fit on the CR-V. With a sleek and long aerodynamic style of this box, it's important to know that you will not be able to open up your hatch without the cargo box and your rear hatch door coming in contact. more

Its important to know that you will not be able to open up your hatch without the cargo box and your rear hatch door coming in contact. To begin our testing, well go and place our cargo box on top of our crossbars. Well then open our cargo box where we can tighten down the four gray knobs. Make sure that the clamps are already set to be around the crossbars. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2012 Honda CR-V

Today on our 2012 Honda CRV were going to be test fitting the Yakima Rocketbox Pro 11 roof mounted cargo box part #: Y07193. To fit the cargo box to our vehicle first well place it up on top of our crossbars. Well then position the clamps over our crossbars and adjust the placement of our cargo box until we get it where we want it. Then well move back and forth from driver side to passenger side to tighten down the clamps inside the box that go around the crossbars. Be careful to make sure that you position the cargo box in a manner that it wont inhibit access to your hatch door at the rear of the vehicle. With all four of the clamps tightened down were all ready to load up our box and get on with our trip. more
