Yakima SkyBox NX 16 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2020 GMC Terrain- Video
How's it going everyone Right now we are going to be taking a quick look at the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 rooftop cargo box. We're gonna see how it fits on our 2020 GMC Terrain. This is going to be a great option for you if you wanna get some larger or messier items up on your roof that you don't have room for or you'd rather not keep inside your vehicle and you wanna keep 'em protected at the same time. So let's take a closer look. So it's called the NX 16 because it does offer 16 cubic feet of storage which if you wanna put that in an easier perspective is basically just enough room for three people's worth of gear. It is also going to weigh 47 pounds. more

Thule Force XXL Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2014 GMC Terrain we will be test fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box. That's part number TH626. Now it offers 21 cubic feet of space. It comes in a nice Aeroskin black finish. With our Thule Aeroblades already installed on our vehicle we can go ahead and set our box on top. Now we'll go ahead and set it there in front so we can line our clamps up. more

Thule Pulse Large Roof Cargo Carrier Review - 2014 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2014 GMC Terrain we will be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large rooftop cargo box. That's part number TH615. It offers 16 cubic feet of space, comes in a nice matte black finish, and with our aeroblades already installed on our vehicle we can go ahead and load our box on top. Now we'll go ahead and line it up where our clamps are going to come through. That looks pretty good there. Another thing I'd like to point is that we have removed the rear antenna of our vehicle for this cargo box to work. more

Thule Force Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2014 GMC Terrain, we will be test fitting the Thule Force Medium rooftop cargo box. That's part number TH624. It offers 13 cubic feet of space. Comes on a nice aero skin black finish. With our Thule Aero Blades already installed on our vehicle, we can go ahead and set our box on top. What I would like to say for this application today, we have removed the rear antenna of the vehicle to make room for our cargo box. All right. more

Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain we're going to be test fitting the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box, with 13 cubic feet of storage space in gloss black, it's part number TH634B. With our Thule Rapid Crossroads Roof Rack System already installed on the Terrain, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box directly on to our load bars. We found this is the best time to line up our feet so they'll go around our bars. With our box slid in and all four of our feet going around our bars, we'll take a quick look at the front here just make sure we have the box centered. We'll then make our way to the passenger side, open the box, we'll reach in and tighten the two foot packs closest to us until they click. This indicates that we've got them at the proper torque. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain, we're going be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, a Rooftop Cargo Box with 14 cubic feet of storage space in black. It's part number Y07192. With our Yakima Rail Grab roof rack system already installed on the Terrain, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. We'll slide it rearwards so the four lower halves of our clamp will go around the underside of our crossbar. We'll then open the passenger's side, where we'll reach inside and tighten the two red T-handles closest to us. A great feature of the RocketBox Pro 14 is its ability to open from the passenger and driver's side. We'll now close the passenger's side of the box, make our way around to the driver's side, open the box, and tighten the two handles closest to us here. Just like that, our box is secured to our crossbars, and we're ready to load it up with gear and hit the road. That will complete today's test fit of the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14, part number Y07192, on our 2013 GMC Terrain. . more

Today on our 2013 GMC Terrain, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11, a roof top cargo box with 11 cubic feet of storage space in black. It's part number Y07193. With our Yakima RailGrab Roof Rack System already installed on the Terrain, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box directly onto our cross bars. We'll slide it rearward so the lower halves of our clamp can come around the underside of our cross bars. Then we'll open the passenger side, reach inside and tighten the two red T handles located closest to us. One of the great features of the RocketBox Pro 11 is its ability to open from the driver and passenger side. We'll now make our way around to the driver side, open the box and tighten the two red T handles located in here. more

We found this is the best time to get our feet lined up so they'll go around our bars. With all four of our feet around our bars we'll then open the passenger's side of the box. Our box opens from the passenger side, so we'll favor this side when we install it. Walk to the front, take a quick look to be sure we have our box square. We'll then move to the passenger side, open the box, and reach inside. We'll find four footbacks. more

With our Thule Rapid CrossRoad roof rack system already installed on the Terrain, we'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our load bars. We found this is the best time to get our feet lined up to where they'll go around our bars. With all four of our feet around our load bars, we'll now take a quick look to be sure we have the box centered. We'll then open the passenger side, reach in and tighten the two knobs located closest to us. A great feature of the Thule Force is its ability to open for both the passenger and driver's side. We can now make our way over to the driver's side, open the box and tighten the two knobs on this side. With all four of our foot packs tight and secure around our bars, we're ready to load it up with gear and hit the road. more

Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2012 GMC Terrain- Video
Today on our 2012 GMC Terrain, we'll be test fitting the Yakima RocketBox Pro 11 Rooftop Cargo Box, part number Y07193. Our vehicle is equipped with our Yakima Roof Rack System and our RocketBox is pre-assembled, so we're ready to go ahead and fit it to the vehicle. We'll simply set the box on top of the crossbars with the clamps just in front of the crossbars. We'll then need to make sure that our clamps are all opened up. After doing that we can simply slide the RocketBox back, so that the clamps fall into the crossbars. Once the crossbars are in the clamps, we'll go ahead and open the lid of our cargo box and tighten down the four red wing nuts on the floor of the cargo box. more
