Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Ford Escape- Video
Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule sonic Medium rooftop cargo box, measuring 13 cubic feet, in glossy black, part number TH634B. With the factory roof rack onto our vehicle, we can place our Thule Sonic directly onto our crossbars. Since the feet are hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our crossbars as we place our box onto our roof rack. We'll open the passenger side of the box and tighten down the two hand knobs on this side. We'll know that they're tight when we hear a clicking or ratcheting sound. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2013 Ford Escape- Video
Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule Pulse Large rooftop cargo box, measuring 16 cubic feet, in matte black, part number TH615. In some cases, depending on where you place your cargo box, you may need to remove your rear antenna. We'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. Since the box opens from one side only, we'll want to scoot it as close to the passenger side as possible for easier loading and unloading. We'll open the box by moving the key to the unlock position and pushing up, and on the inside, we'll take our clamps, fit them through the appropriate slots at the bottom of the box, making sure that the feet of the clamps go around our crossbars. Once those are in place, we can tighten the hand knobs to secure our box. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape, we'll be test fitting the Thule Force XXL rooftop cargo box, measuring 21 cubic feet, in AeroSkin black, part number TH626. In order to get the box to fit onto our vehicle, we did have to remove the rear antenna. With the factory roof rack on our vehicle, we can begin our test fit by placing our Thule Force directly onto our crossbars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our crossbars while placing our box onto our roof rack. We can open the passenger side of the box by moving the key to the unlock position and pushing up on the lid. On the inside, you'll see four hand knobs. more

In order to get this box to fit, we did have to remove the rear antenna. With the factory roof rack system on our vehicle we can begin our test fit by placing the Thule Sonic directly onto our crossbars. Since the feet are already hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as needed to fit around our crossbars while we placing the box onto our roof rack. Well open the passengers side of the box and tighten the hand knobs on the inside. This tightens our clamps around our crossbars. more

Today on our 2013 Ford Escape well be test fitting the Thule Pulse Alpine Rooftop Cargo Box measuring 11 cubic ft in matt black part number TH613. In order to get the box to fit onto our vehicle we had to remove the rear antenna. To begin our test fit well place our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. Since this box opens from one side, well scoot it as close to the passengers side as we can for easier loading and unloading. Well open our box and place our feet through the appropriate slots making sure that they go around our crossbars. Once we have the feet in place, we can then tighten down the hand knob to tighten our feet around our bars. more

In some cases, depending on where you place your cargo box, you may need to remove your rear antenna. With the factory roof rack system onto our vehicle, we can begin our test fit by placing the Thule Pulse directly onto our crossbars. Please keep in mind that this box only opens from one side. We need to set it to where its easily accessible for loading and unloading. Once we have it situated we can open the box and place our feet through the appropriate spot making sure that our feet go around our crossbars. more

We'll begin our test fit by placing our cargo box directly onto our crossbars. With the feet already hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around our crossbars while we place it onto our roof rack. We'll open the passengers side of the box by moving the key to the unlock position and pulling up on the lid. We'll tighten the two hand knobs on this side of the box which tighten our feet around our crossbars. One of the great features of this box is its ability to open from both sides of the vehicle. more
