Thule Sonic XXL Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video

Today on our 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 we'll be test fitting the Thule Sonic XXL rooftop cargo box measuring 22 cubic feet in metallic silver, part number TH636S. With a Thule Rapid Traverse roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our test fit by placing our box directly onto our load bars. With the feet hanging out of the bottom of the box, we can adjust them as necessary to fit around each bar. We'll open the passenger side of the box and tighten the two hand knobs on this side to secure our feet around our bars. One of the great features of the Thule Sonic is its ability to let you know when each foot is secured around the bar. When tightening, you'll hear a clicking noise to let you know it's fully secure. Another great feature is its ability to open from either side of the vehicle. We'll move to the driver's side open the box and tighten down the two remaining feet using the hand knobs until we hear that clicking noise. more

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video

Keep in mind this box opens from 1 side only, so we'll be setting it towards the passenger's side for easier accessibility.
