Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima SkinnyWarrior on top of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now in general a cargo basket is a great way to carry extra gear whether it doesn't fit in the vehicle or try to make more space in the vehicle by getting some of that cargo out of the inside and put it up top or on the back in the hitch, whatever it might be. A roof mounted carrier is a great option if you already have something in the hitch, maybe a trailer or a camper, or maybe you've got a bike rack back there and you need some space for everyone's stuff, especially if you have the third row seats up in the Tahoe. That back cargo area is pretty small and if you've got the car full of people all those people have stuff, it needs a place to go. more

Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima OffGrid on top of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Regardless of what cargo basket you're going for, it's a great way to carry some extra gear with you, especially with the Tahoe, if you have that third row seats up, your cargo space in the back isn't very large, and if you've got the vehicle fully packed with people, chances are if you're going on a trip or something like that, they're gonna have a lot of stuff, and you need somewhere for that to go. You could always go for a hitch-mounted cargo carrier, but maybe you've got a bike rack in there or maybe another hitch-mounted accessory like a ball mount for a camper. The next best place to put your stuff is up on the roof. Now, a lot of people like to go with an enclosed rooftop box, but a basket's really nice, because if you have anything that's messy or dirty, it's not going to get trapped inside, it can kinda drain out through the bottom of the bars, and we have the ability to carry some bulkier or oversized things that might not fit in a box with the lid closed. more
